A dik-dik, pronounced “dĭk’ dĭk”, is a small antelope in the Genus Madoqua that lives in the bushes of eastern and southern Africa. Dik-diks stand 30–40 cm (approx. 12–16 inches) at the shoulder, are 50–70 cm (approx. 20-28 inches) long, weigh 3–6 kg (approx. 7-16 pounds) and can live for up to 10 years
always lookin for a place and time
where we can reconvene
we can BE forever
we are the leaders
ill bring the coors if you do the twist
and we can shotgun everythang
beep beep beeeeep
is there anybody out there?
…just floating through space aimlessly
lost myself a ways back
maybe ill meet back up with myself at some point
until then i reckon ill just sit quietly and gaze at the stars
i love thunderstorms
alot of people and dogs dont but i do
they remind me of when i was a little kid living in oakland (9185 Feathers Chapel Drive)
we use to sit on the front porch while it rained and thundered and it soothed my soul
id be outside playing and it would get real cloudy and you could see the rain coming from afar over the fields next to my house and my memaw would pick me up over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes and carry me running to the house before the rain got to us but sometimes we would still get rained on and it was fun but one time i had a green and white toy tugboat and i dropped it while being carried running in from the rain and never saw it again. the dogs must have chewed it up.
